UCCS Model United Nations was founded in 2024 with the aim of transforming the next generation of global leaders, fostering an open-minded platform for discussion and debate, empowering the future of global leadership. UCCS Model United Nations is a student run organization comprised of a diverse background of undergraduate students with a mutual passion for shaping the future of global-affairs.
What We Do
The UCCSMUN engages students in the simulation of the United Nations, allowing them to explore global issues and develop diplomatic skills. Members participate in conferences, where they represent different countries, debate policies and work collaboratively to propose solutions. The team fosters critical thinking, public speaking, and teamwork among its participants, preparing them for future challenges in international relations and beyond. Through this experience, students gain a deeper understanding of global affairs and enhance their leadership abilities.
